Close menu Product information "NautiChem S40, 310 ml cartridge, black" adheres very well without additional adhesion promoter to almost all surfaces (glass, paints, primers, various plastics, metals, wood-based materials, mineral substrates) Good resistance to weathering, moisture and temperatures from -40 °C to 90 °C (briefly also up to 200 °C) can be painted over with most paint systems. Anti-fungal properties to protect against mould infestation. Free from organic solvents, isocyanates and halogens. Not subject to labelling Gebrauchsanweisung: Preparation Keep substrates clean, grease-free and dry. Testcompatibility with paints/plastics beforehand. 2. Application Bonding: Apply with a hand gun from one side of the cartridge. Join parts together within 10 minutes and fix if necessary. Sealing: Fill the joint completely. Smooth the surface with a spatula or similar before skin formation. 3. Curing Begins on the surface: approx. 3 mm in 24 hours. Curing slows down with increasing layer thickness. Temperature and air humidity influence curing. 4. Paintability Recoat within 4 hours, ideally wet-on-wet. For longer waiting times: pre-clean with acetone. Own preliminary tests recommended, especially with alkyd resin paints (e.g. 1K boat paints). 5. Safety Not subject to labelling according to EC directives.
