Senior Human Resource Executive | Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Ensure timely hiring of suitable candidates.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR matters.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues and workplace conflicts professionally.
  • Conduct investigations where required and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Performance Management

  • Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals and confirmation processes.
  • Monitor employee performance issues and ensure proper documentation.
  • Work closely with management to develop performance improvement plans (PIPs).
  • Follow up on action plans and ensure accountability.

Payroll & Benefits Administration 

  • Manage monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave records claims, and insurance matters.
  • Ensure compliance with CPF, MOM regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with payroll vendors and government agencies where necessary.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate employee training and development programmes.
  • Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate programme effectiveness.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage HR systems and employee databases.
  • Prepare HR reports, manpower statistics and management updates.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, promotions and exits.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover trends.

Strategic HR Support

  • Provide HR advice and recommendations to management.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and drive HR best practices.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a full-spectrum HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations CPF requirements and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Product Developer | Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Product Development & Sampling

  • Follow through the full sample development process from initial design concepts to samples and finalised products
  • Manage sample development timelines and delivery schedules with manufacturers to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate daily communication with manufacturers, including translating design and fitting comments accurately
  • Conduct and organise fit sessions, ensuring fit, construction, and measurement consistency across styles
  • Take and verify accurate product measurements to maintain sizing standards

Manufacturer & Vendor Liaison

  • Liaise closely with manufacturers on sampling, revisions, and production requirements
  • Follow up with manufacturers when necessary, including outside of regular working hours, to meet critical timelines
  • Coordinate with RFID vendors to ensure prompt and accurate tagging directly from manufacturers
  • Participate in overseas trips (e.g. China factory visits and shoots) when required to support product development and quality control

Product Presentation & Campaign Support

  • Assist in photoshoot styling to ensure products are accurately and attractively represented
  • Support campaign-related activities involving the showcasing of final products
  • Create and prepare product listings with accurate descriptions, measurements and details

Research & Trend Development

  • Research current market trends, fabrics, and designs to support new product development
  • Contribute design and development insights to improve product quality and commercial appeal

General

  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as required to support the product and creative teams

Requirements:

  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken), as the role requires liaison with manufacturers
  • 1-2 years of experience in the apparel industry and e-commerce

Customer Service Team Lead (Hybrid Operations) | Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach and support a customer service team
  • Assign and monitor daily workloads to ensure timely responses across all channels
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training and feedback sessions
  • Set clear service standards, SOPs and KPIs for the CS team
  • Be hands-on in daily customer service operations, including replying to customer emails and social media platforms
  • Support and assist with operational tasks, such as order dispatch, returns and exchanges coordination
  • Collaborate with Operations team to resolve issues and manage workflows
  • Oversee all customer touchpoints including emails, social media platforms and google reviews to maintain positive brand reputation

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing to customers
  • Maintain the general cleanliness of the store
  • Cashier duties which include and are not limited to processing payments, exchanges, and returns
  • Co-ordinate with in-house driver and operations team to replenish stocks and transfers from the main warehouse
  • Weekly stock-take to ensure inventory accuracy
