The heritage style sleeveless HIGH Chime Dress is made from a paper-feel cotton poplin and features a round neckline and armholes bound in self-fabric. Loose fitting bodice is over a very full skirt with all-around pleats on slightly raised waist with a raw-cut ruffle top edge. Full skirt has inseam hip pockets and has a double row of pick-up pleats above the hem which is folded up and looked onto the pleats with an inset elastic giving a soft folded full-volume hem.
